Windows That Pay for Themselves

Old, drafty windows are one of the biggest sources of energy loss in a home. New, properly installed windows can cut your heating and cooling bills dramatically — and they look incredible doing it. Whether you're replacing one window or every window in the house, we install them right: level, square, fully flashed, and sealed to handle Kansas City's hot summers, cold winters, and spring storms.

We carry vinyl, wood, and fiberglass windows in every common style — double-hung, casement, awning, picture, bay, and bow. Custom sizes and architectural shapes available. Low-E glass, argon fill, and triple-pane options for maximum efficiency.

Window Styles & Materials

Double-Hung

Both sashes slide up and down for ventilation. Classic look, easy to clean with tilt-in sashes. The most popular window style in American homes.

Casement

Hinged on the side and crank open outward. Best seal against drafts when closed. Excellent for hard-to-reach areas over counters and sinks.

Picture & Bay

Fixed windows that maximize views and natural light. Bay and bow windows project outward to create reading nooks and add square footage.

Vinyl vs. Wood

Vinyl: low-maintenance, affordable, excellent insulator. Wood: classic beauty, can be painted or stained, requires periodic maintenance. Fiberglass: premium option — strongest, most durable, lowest expansion.
